There's a legendary triple Bromellite hotspot in Col 285 Sector VH-K b9-2 planet 5. My carrier Q2Y-TKB OLD HOME is stationed there and has a buy order for 6k tonnes of Bromellite and ~2k tonnes of Lithium Hydroxide. If I get any from this I'll sell it in Eurubia for 35k and 4k respectively.

doesn't work

As soon as it's bought/sold at an FC it won't be mined so won't contribute to the CG.

You can store your own mined stuff via transfer button ok but your suggestion won't work for this CG.

Is the newb slave miners still a thing?, can you plebs mine any faster please, i want to have a cheaper (mats) engineered missile thingy-mah-bobber unlocked not sure what i will use it for but my FOMO levels are high...also i wants it without reducing myself down to playing a filthy CG savage with a mining rig...

/s :)
Friendly banter noises

Even if not, the products of "slave miners" wouldn't count towards the CG if they are bought/sold via a carrier. 🤷‍♂️
Would a slave trader FC dropping off the slave miners at the CG work, with the direct instruction to hand in mined goods for the CG?

My assumption being that the mined goods are in the same location as the CG, i suppose they will still need the FC if the CG is more than 2Ly's away 😝

Erm... as soon as a slave mining ship gets to within a jump of somewhere the victims can dock, it becomes player choice whether or not they stay there, so it ceases to be a slave carrier.

That's before we consider who benefits from turning in the commodities.

I’ve been getting decent supplies of Osmium and Samarium at 21 Eridani, ABCD4 - A ring. The A ring is very narrow compared to the B ring though! :)
You sometimes find that, one of the best Platinum hotspots I have mined was a tiny hotspot within a very narrow ring, about 1 in 5 rocks was 50%+, lots of other good metals as well, pity its about 4,000ly out from the bubble:)

If the people who mined it kept it on their ships and the carrier just took them to the CG system to hand it in then it should count towards the CG - as long as each player signed up before handing it in - and the players would get the benefit rather than the carrier owner. That's more of a Squadron effort than a slave miner outfit though. 🤷‍♂️

Can any of you experienced missile-Cmdrs please compare Packhounds to this multiengineered CG rack?
Iyo, benefits, drawbacks, use in PvE or PvP...

I'm kind of reluctant to replace my 2x Packhounds (+ 1x Class 3 Seeker) on trade Cutter with these CG racks. Not sure a bit less weight and thermal cascade will provide so much more when I'm PvE interdicted.
