War Horns etc etc

I would love to be able to buy war horns for my ships, like in MWO they blare out when you get a kill. Also my carrier sits in the dark most of the time, I would pay good dollars to be able to light her up like the Goddess she is. While I'm at it as the carrier owner some acknowledgement by my crew, who I pay once in a while would also be nice
