HIP 54530 permit

I've just logged on this morning to find that I have been issued with a permit for HIP 54530. Has this happened to anybody else?

Maybe it's more of a civil war.

The Jupiter Division is the newly created faction of Core Dynamics, probably headed by Jupiter Rochester, the one who wanted totake over Lakon.

Maybe the Silver Group is either the other part of CD or it's Lakon itself.

And no FCs in there, since it is permit locked.
