combat bonds for me is what we get by killing pirates etc, didnt know that is is exclusive from cz, and it is not becouse i have bonds to get by the feds i killed so u are wrong

i fight for AD for months killing federal agents never did it on cz and fed agents dont give notoriety

Killing pirates give you Bounty Vouchers. Combat Bonds come from CZs.
Those are bounty vouchers. Combat bonds are earned at CZs only.

The 6 is not an infinity sign, it's a six, a set number. You should leave the game running overnight in a station to clear it out. Or, 12 hours.

Ok here's how it works- scan the ship and one of these things appears next to the ship name/type/rank etc.
Clean- killing these gets you a bounty, notoriety and sys sec chasing you until you kill them as well. It's a good idea to stop when ATR turn up though. Don't shoot unless you're a murderhobo like the OP.
Wanted- Target has a bounty available in the current system. Shoot for fun and profit.
Lawless- You're in a CZ or anarchy system. Shoot for fun and profit. (Maybe pick a side first if it's a CZ. Killing everything is still an option though, just not the best one).

it also very clearly says "jupiter" and this is the third time you write "jupter".
yes, the cg/bonds/bounty mechanics are some of the many confusing bits in the game, and let's not even get into notoriety and criminal status. it was convoluted design from the start and there is years of improvisation slapped on top. most of folks get it after a few hours, though. if in doubt, ask.
Jupiter uses Fedneck forces as well.
Fed corp against Fed corp. OP probably has the right idea - kill everyone in the system.
Be kinder - this is a guy starting out in a very complex game and venting frustration. Those of us who have grown up with ED - starting small and accommodated the additions over time - sometimes forget that newer player get everything at once.
