Anyone's ship disappear?

My Krait Phantom disappeared after being transferred from another station, even though I received a messaged stating it had arrived.
Edit: And I didn't sell the ship by accident either
I have submitted a ticket already and the issue is unresolved as I'm typing this, and I'm curious to see if other people have run into this issue before and how many have.

Not something I've heard of before.

Have you tried relogging into the game? It sometimes helps to refresh.

Hope you get your ship back soon.

Theres 3 tabs in Shipyard, if its in the same station it should be in the middle tab? Its gone missing from there?.

yup, not in the "stored ship" tab, and not in the "transfer ship" tab either

I heard a tale of a disappearing carrier recently but no ships that I've heard of.

i did try that, I also tried going from horizons to not horizons too

Frontier do have a good reputation for sorting this sort of thing out reasonably quickly, so wouldn't worry too much. Still a total pain though. Blummin' pirates!

They even replied to my ticket on the weekend, I was honestly expecting the soonest response would be on monday.

Is an FC involved? I have on numerous occasions received the message telling me my ship had arrived when it was still actually in transit for another few hours.

No fleet carriers involved.

Sometimes rarely the delivered message appears before the ship. If you recall how long it said, check if it's still in transit. Also try the reboot game and launcher and see if that fixes it.

it's been over a day since I received the message, it's not in the "transfer ship" tab which it would be if it was still in transfer. no luck

actually i suspect the other way round. if you log into the base game, not horizons, your horizon-only ships like Kraits do not show up.

I've done both, several times in the hopes something happens.

You can also check Inara - Your CMDR name > Fleet and Modules page, there's info where your ships are docked.

Issue seems to have resolved itself, logging in today and my krait is in storage.
