Where is my Corvette?

I updated Inara, which still shows that I have 29 ships. The shipyard on the carrier only shows 28. I checked my logfile and there's no record of disposing of that ship - in case I did it in my sleep. Has anybody else had something like this? Am I missing something? Is there a way to get the system to find my ship? I tried logging, but it's still missing.

I found it. It was much further down the list. Normally, when I select stored ships, I click the turntable backwards so it starts with the big ships. Cutters and Corvettes are first, then T10, then Annacondas, etc. I found it hiding down with the Pythons. I never had that before. I still need to figure out why Inara says I have 29 ships, but I can only find 28.

It's difficult to see because it's got the transparent paint job from Hutton Orbital. If you want one, don't ask for docking permision when you arrive, just go in the slot in the side of the structure and land in there, then you get get the special station services that most people don't know about.

Did you have an active bounty on the ship? I had that last night with my billion credit Cutter and it dropped the value of it to 1/4 normal. Freaked me out coz that's no small thing to lose!

Whew! And yeah, I've had the same issue with the ship list on occasion, but it seems to come and go.

As a seven-year veteran of ED with a slack handful of ships across two accounts (mostly small unused legacy ships, stripped and mothballed) I'm still amazed at the idea that someone can have a fleet so large that they can temporarily lose a spare Corvette down the back of the cushions.

No judgement -- we all play differently -- but when I try to envision how much extra time I'd have had to dedicate to ED just to add a few more functional ships my mind boggles. Fair play to those who have managed it.
