Hello there I am new to elite dangerous i am at mainani system and doing missions and stuff with my cobra mk 3 when i every time gets blown up and die or paying up a bounty i all ways end up at the seraph wing stasion so I have to jump 15 jumps get back to mainani system every freaking time and its annoying else hell yes I am all ways ducked at mainani system.

Why this is happening to me is it a bug in the game I have read other people's comments on the net they if I get blown up I get back where I am last ducked my ship but last ducked station its mainani and not freaking

If you are referring to The Seraph's Wing in ICZ ZK-X b1-0 - that's a prison ship(detention facility.

you respawn on a prison ship, if your ship is destroyed while having an bounty or fine of the controlling faction (left hud will show wanted with an active bountie on your current ship).

1. see to pay your bounties or fines at an interstellar factor - you can check the galaxy map filters to find one.
2. 15 jumps sounds as if you are plotting "economical" - change the route plotter in galaxy map for less jumps :)

If live bounty active when you die you will have to pay it off and get sent to a Prison Detention station or ship, presumably its where you got processed, same goes if you 'hand yourself in' through Contacts - Authority, you will get sent to the Prison Ship and freed.

Is Seraph Wing a prison ship / system? (ninja'd by someone who actually knows)

If no actual live bounty when die you should end up at last place docked, if this is happening it may be some kind of bug and needs reporting but check the Prison bit first. (more info in Right Hand Panel - Codex - Pilots Handbook - Crime & Punishment)

You have been shooting 'clean' ships. Even if you don't blow them up, you get a minimum 200cr BOUNTY, that lands you in jail. Make sure the ships you shoot at are labelled in red 'Wanted'. Either that, or do not dock at that station, find one in another system that has an Interstellar legal team and pay the bounty off there.
