Unable to log in to game on xbox

Hello,

as per the title i cannot log into the game all options are greys out.

For the last week or soon the log in screen it says cannot connect to frontier servers.

i still have the option to refund this game, can I get some help please, I was really starting to enjoy this game.

Is even the solo mode option greyed out? The reason I asked is that anything but solo requires and XBox Gold and Game Pass membership.

Another idea, is that your game on the XBox may not be (or may no longer be) linked to you account at Frontier. I don't recall seeing this happen myself, but I think I may have heard of it.

If those are not the problem, then my guess is you have a network problem. Can you get to the console's store?

Don't get frustrated and quite the game too quick. You'll enjoy the game if you stick with it for a bit and learn.

Hello,

yes have game pass ultimate running.

for the last week it’s been error message on front end but was alble to log into all modes now only the training missions are lit up rest grey not clickable

Long time player here.

I had this issue last evening.
The solution for me was to let the game in the main menu. After several minutes it eventually Connected and i could play.
Then somehow i got an orange sidewinder error - so i had to quit the game completely and at restart i had the same issue - and again i had to wait some minutes until it eventually connect to the Frontier Servers.

Hard to estimate how long it took - i was browsing the forums and didnt pay attention - could have been 1-2 minutes or 5-6 minutes

Yeah, I had it refuse to let me in on PC yesterday - it said the servers were down, but then fixed itself after a few minutes. fdev seem to have their head in the sand over these network issues of the last month, still no acknowledgement. Though I think the OP has other problems if they never managed to log in - normally for me it clears up after a couple of minutes max 🤷‍♀️

There were server connection issues occuring yesterday on XBox for many players. Eventually they cleared up and everyone I knew having the problem was able to sign in and play.

Op, is it fixed for you yet? You may have other issues to be ironed out.
