Chieftain Operator Paint Job Error?

I just bought the Operator Blue paint job for the alliance chieftain and noticed an oddity. I went back and checked all the Operator colors and they are the same.
The Leading Edge of the right rear wing is not painted blue like the other wings, and is instead black. Is this an error? Now that I noticed it, I can't unsee it and the lack of symmetry is driving me mad! I don't see why this paint job is unsymmetrical...but is it actually supposed to be like that? I feel like someone may have just messed up with the color coding. I'd very much prefer that to be colored like the other leading edges.

I also didn't expect the giant "LAKON" writing on the top of it, since it did not appear in the preview :-( .

@Zac Cocken ...any way we can get an official word on this?

EDIT: As pointed out, the blue paint on the forward right wing also only goes halfway across when compared to the left

lmao that made me laugh

Thank goodness for that! Sometimes my terrible jokes don't go down too well, so im glad you took it for what it was!

I don't own a chieftain so have no experience of the paint jobs. There used to be (couple of years maybe ago?) a problem with one of the federal ships having similar craptastic issues, and this reminds me of that. So if it is a real bugbear, write to support and get a refund, as it would get up my nose I think, and that's the only thing I can think of that may help.

It's a bit rubbish though to be fair.

Never noticed that before, although I have several operator paints.
But the general paint quality is quite shoddy sometimes.
You have to learn to unsee.
I also struggle with unseeing these issues, so instead I stopped buying patterned skins and just stick to single colour ones, like the metallic, MNB or even the basic 620Arx ones. Especially when ship kits are involved.
