according to my codex ive been playing E.D.for 71 weeks= nearly 5 years,not bad eh,admit 3 play throughs,but still here,any takers,i bought the game when it first came out,,someone anyone must have beaten that,lol im still rubbish.

Holy smokes, dude! I feel like Elite gets way too much of my time already, and I'm still shy of 800 hours in-game (about 1 month or so). I hope that one day when you're on your deathbed you don't look back and think, "What I wouldn't give to have another 16 months... I should have never spent so much time playing Elite!" 
. Then again, playing Elite is time well-spent, so who knows.
