97% of Viewers (Players?) Want Ship Interiors!

Nearly seven thousand votes on a community poll on YouTube (so far). Sure, YouTube polls aren't scientific and the audience certainly won't be 100% representative of the entire playerbase.

However, it's likely that ~6693 people out of ~6900 gives good margin for error to confidently say that; "Most players want to see ship interiors added to the game at some point."

Apparently, back in 2012, even David Braben was sure we'd have ship interiors at some point. I guess the vision changed since then.

Biased poll is biased poll. However, as a player who enjoys ED and looking forward to the alpha, I would love ship interiors as well as insta-teleport to planetary mobility suit for surface rambling.

Umm but that's the wrong question. Its like asking who wants free beer. It doesn't ask how much they want it vs other development objectives or what they would sacrifice to get it. Ask who would pay an extra 30$ to walk around in ships and it might have some value.

I want to see them done right, but I'm not foaming at the mouth at Frontier demanding them (I hope I don't come off that way, anyway). I actually think they have made the right choices so far handling space legs, and I just hope interiors are on their roadmap.

Thing is - ask Cmdrs if they want 'Moar stuffz' - of course most people will say "YES!"
But there will always have to be some limiting factor - finite time, money & resources in general.
I may not like it - but I understand FDev's 'piecemeal' approach.

(That being said - I wouldn't say no to ship interiors!)

Yes. Very much please. First though: Fleet Carrier interiors, then every ship in the game, including the inevitable ones to come.

The problem with the poll, as someone else pointed out, nearly anyone who'd vote no probably couldn't be bothered to vote
