Trip to Colonia with some sight seeing - 238 jumps

So I finally decided to treat myself to a nice road trip with some sight seeing along the way. Equipped/Engineered my Phantom with a decent 72 Ly (Full tank range with the CG FSD 5) and used a nice route in EDDiscovery someone had made with few detours based on my own interests.

Here are some of the best places I visited. Got lucky and also discovered two ELW along the way :)

Beautiful sights. Congratulations.
Can you please share your build - how did you manage to squeeze 72Ly jump range out of your ship?
Basically using the least possible class of modules, engineering everything for light weight / stripped down and using the special community goal FSD

I don't recommend switching the tank for 16T though as the build above (unless for bubble hopping) as it is less effective for neutron star travelling (the optimal tank size on the Phantom for neutron travel is actually 40T). But if you do switch it then the range jumps to 75.

You can further improve the range by getting only 4D thrusters.. but the extra thrust is really great for quickly escaping mass locks / landing on high g planets.

What is that?
An awesome (and very dangerous) triple neutron system with a black hole to welcome you for good measure.

I docked at the nearest outpost, sold my exploration data and went there to really push it. Dropped out of supercruise few hundred km from the Neutron star and then pushed further in normal space until I hit the exclusion zone (resulting in the great screenshot) ... I survived as I managed not to hit the neutron jets.

Good to know (y) I've not done any sustained neutron boosting yet, though I'm teetering on the edge of pulling the trigger on a Colonia trip.

I didn't even realise they existed. A really impressive sight I'm sure when you get up that close 🤩

I have never seen a system with triple NS and a BH, but I have met a NS and a WD close to each other before... At the time of making the video below, I did not even know how dangerous the WD is... When I look at my video today, i think I got lucky not hitting the exclusion zone of the WD... :)
