What "Theme" is left for Planet Zoo?

By "theme", I mean the overall topic of the scenery for the DLC. For instance, South American Pack introduced bamboo wall and palm thatch, giving more "Tropical" look to the park.
We will still get DLCs with 5 animals and a set of scenery. What theme do you think is truly missing, and should be added?

Potentially a western or modern theme for North America, I'd also say something with Native North American tribal theme but I know that licensing for that can be tricky at times.
Plenty of European themes - I'd say Medieval or Bavarian would be my top 2 wants, although something very modern could also work
Desert theme of adobe type buildings perhaps?

I know it's kind of a cliché at this point, but: greek classical architecture. I'd particularly like the colorful painted version that you see in a game like Assassin's Creed Odyssey. It's very lively and evocative, as opposed to the sterile white marble that we've come to know.

Ancient Egypt for something like a desert theme ? Imo, this one, but also western / greek architecture / medieval are cool ideas, but too specific and don't fit well with enough animals. I would be sad to have only 5 animals for have this kind of theme. But maybe I'm wrong !

I don't really see a need for any additional "themes" tbh. The SEA pack didn't add any specific building pieces to Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam or Malaysia style architecture, and at first people complained, yet a few weeks after release we see it's very easy to build in those styles with pieces we already have. People can make do with what we already have.

If I had to pick one, a limited NA building set with some generic (and respectful) First Nations artwork, particularly totems from the Pacific NW tribes, would be nice. A western theme doesn't seem needed, especially because if we got a NA pack and it was only a 4 + 1, there's no way they're adding enough desert animals to justify adding an entire set.

What we do definitely need however (and I don't consider this a "theme" per se), is mesh and chain link walls and roof pieces, more rope pieces, more natural looking climbing frame pieces, and some behind the scenes style props. Things that would actually make a zoo feel like a zoo and not a theme park, things you could use in any zoo in any section, so basically, not incredibly niche like some of the other stuff we've seen (looking at you, SA bins, benches and tables).

I especially agree with the part about natural climbing pieces.

I'm on board with all of this. For me, I think a North American pack would be better if they kept the focus on the animals and included building pieces that, like the Aquatic Pack, could be used for a certain theme but could also be applied generally.

For me, I'd love to see some 'log cabin' wall pieces, a small set of rock wall pieces (very short and looking like they were made years in the past), and maybe some scenery pieces like a chuck wagon, a teepee, some First Nations artwork for the signs, etc. I'd like to stay away from the "wild west" as North America is far too huge a region to get that specific!

If we get a desert theme, I think we'd wind up with a central American pack (which I could also see).

I fully agree that we need chain link walls and roof pieces, more rope pieces, climbing pieces, etc. I know that doesn't fit a theme, but I've been saying for a while now that a "Habitat Plus Pack" or "Zoo Essentials Pack" would be a great spot for that sort of stuff! It could be paired with a number of new enrichment items (smaller mud pits, maybe some new toys for carnivores, or treats for smaller mammals), smaller feeding stations, new fence sets... And (this is a real moonshot) if this were to be released alongside a smaller or larger exhbit sizes there could be some additional exhibit animals as part of it (just for added incentive).

I would really like more natural looking Climbing Pieces. Of course we do have different kinds of Logs but almost all of them are smooth without any smaller Branches on them. Maybe we could even get some Pieces to build Trees with (I know we have the Stranger Fig Set but it isn't really suitable for creating completely customized Trees because none of those Pieces have Leaves and the Aquatic Fake Tree Pieces also don't have many different Shapes. Maybe we could build more natural looking Climbing Frames with them if the Set would have at least 3-5 more Types of Branches). Longer and also shorter Ropes are absolutely necessary. I don't understand why we've gotten so many Length Options for the Lianas but for the Ropes we have almost none. Also a Fix for the Ropes is needed. As far as I'm aware Gorillas and Orangutans still aren't able to use them. The Mesh Pieces would be absolutely important. More behind the Scenes Objects sound also absolutely amazing (and please Frontier add a placeable Bucket that isn't made of Wood. Same for the Wheelbarrow)

Regarding a potential North American Pack, I would absolutely love a Wild West Set but some People seem to be really good at creating Western Buildings with the current Pieces, so I agree that a modern Set or basic Zoo Set would be more important.

This looks absolutely great. Now I understand why some People want it that much

American rustic. Rock walls. Split air fences. Half log benches. Etc.
Don't know which kind of Fence you mean but this sounds great. We could need more Rock Walls especially if they look like what I'm imagining. Half Log Benches are also absolutely needed. Was a bit disappointed when I've built my Forest Zoo and couldn't use those

Don't know many Animals we could use it for but it could look great underwater and we could also decorate Gardens with it or use it as Style for a complete Zoo. Would like to see colored and also old looking Versions

Someone mentioned old west style. I assume they mean wooden buildings with swinging saloon doors and so on. But the American West is also filled with Spanish Mission style architecture and Victorian stuff (thinking colorful wooden buildings with lots of gingerbread).

Spanish or Italian style Mediterranean or Southwest Mission style (both revival and more authentic) with the adobe or stucco, teracotta tile roofs, spanish style are lovely, and it seems they'd fit in Southwest or Medeterranean style zoos. You can kind of approximate it with existing bits, but I've found some items are missing, like the bell towers, Iron grating for fences and windows, shutters, tile floors, as well as some of the types of vegetation one sees associated with these types of architectures.

Bougenvilia has become a common plant in warmer climes, and different kinds of fruit trees would be cool too. Of course more plants in general would be nice, both standard landscape and wild exotic types. Zoos often have amazingly elaborate botanical collections as well.

I suppose there are some really elaborate older styles of European architecture from different periods that could be included too. The fundamentals for many different periods are present in the kits already present, but accessorizing is often the key. Still, half timbered walls (Tudor style) might be cool. I know that every part of the world has numerous arcitectural styles/themes that characterize particular times and places

Some of the pieces of particular shapes and other options that are currently missing from roof and wall sets could be "filled in" too, such as curved roof glass or round building options for the more modern "new world" style and so on, and some of those missing corner pieces.
