I need to visit broo at Muang to do my beam lasers but it says all places full - with only 17 carriers present. What gives? How can it all be full? Is there something else going on like a glitch?

The game has a limit of 128 (?) objects in a given system, so if there are many planets and moons, you can't access it.

Additionally objects have a limit of how many carriers can be in orbit.

Try another location.

wait, what limit is that? I thought the game use instancing and we can visit CG systems just fine no matter how crowded the place is.

Stellar objects like stars, planets, moons, starports and fleet carriers. Engine limitation, could be higher than 128 though.

For players you're right, if one instance is "full" of players, the game opens another.
