class one AX weapons would be nice to start with....
T-10 isn't ideal for CZ - because you'll have to run if interceptors turn up. Great fun in a Gauss Krait though

LOL - will you look at that... HIP 18390, that's where I'm parked with my FC at the moment, hoping for a quiet time casually mining in the rings a little, until EDO hits.
Suppose I may have to switch to the Fer De L'Ax... been a while.
Edit - not to mention the burning station. This is a bit like being a kid in a candy store for me now - rather unexpected array of gameplay options opening up in the same system and my carrier is only a couple of Ls parked from the station. My last few Horizons-only days might turn out to be rather busy!

The Thargoids have lots of mass in these systems....? Wouldn't frequent activity be a better fit?

Small Gauss Cannons do exists.
IIRC the blueprint was unlocked if you qualified in to75% in relog contest CG for guardian stuff not so long ago.

I'm starting to think that the tannoy announcements in the Alpha's station concourses about Thargoid threats was no coincident. I'd say we might get right into the action from the get go i.e. the relevant assets may be released from the beginning and not just later on.
And ground based thargoid stuff has been leaked recently.
Oh and we had a renewal in the adamastor mystery, with the Hesperus. Which is very likely one, if not the first, human-thargoid encounter. And it's still ongoing.
Remember - a Thargoid attack can happen at any time!
