Game is missing from launcher. Only play demo available this morning.

I have reinstalled the launcher, rebooted the machine, logged the machine out in the laucher and logged back in - it sent me an email with verification code - used the code and still only paly demo in the launcher.

The support section at frontier is somewhat fuzzy at best. Have I had my account stolen by someone? What should I do?

Seen it. Read it. Not useful. Not a steam player. I looked in my account history on the frontier store from way back when I purchased the beta test stuff in 2013. I don't see a key to redeem..

Exactly the same has happened to me today, like you I'm a KS backer so not steam or anything.
My account shows the purchase history back to 2013 so it's clearly the correct account. No button for download on the purchase page - I'm sure there used to be something like a link along the lines of "click to download beta" but it's no longer active.

I've sent FD a support request but no answer for an hour so I've given up to do something else. (luckily a lego delivery arrived!)

Glad it's not just me. If it's more than one person, there's an issue afoot.

I am also a Kick Starter backer with a lifetime pass and have the same issue with the big orange "Purchase" box!!!

Another Beta Backer here that has suddenly lost the ability to play the game.
I have tied the game to my Steam Account.

Everything worked yesterday and the launcher was happy:

Today apparently I'm not entitled to anything:

Lets hope they work out what they have screwed up quickly...

I have three accounts. One is from being a premium beta backer on the Kickstarter. The others I have bought along the way. The Kickstarter account has the problem. Just the yellow Play Demo button available. The other accounts (one Frontier launcher, one Steam and one Epic Games) all appear to be fine.

I have tried launching directly from the exe, logging out and in, logging in to the store first and verifying files. None of it helped. Next step delete and reinstall :(
