The price went way up after the update but I visited several LTD hotspots and there's nothing.
I had to prospect 20 asteroids to find one with 3-4% LTD.

It's usually the case with updates (expecially the big ones) that the resources in the universe get jumbled around a bit.
I'm not sure to what extent the changes in Stellar Forge for the Odyssey influenced Horizons, but in either case it is safe to assume that the righs got somewhat "reset", hotspots moved, the type of resources in various rings mixed up, etc.
There is, of course, also a decent chance that hotspots simply don't work very well due to some bug. :LOL:

As for the price, same deal I'd say. LTDs are quite expensive by default so as the market was reset, they returned where they normally sit. As players flood the market again, the price will go down or if they really became so rare (as they should have been and indeed were at the beginning, before this whole hotspot thing) maybe they will stay up.

Cracked 2 LTD Cores this morning, was not looking for them just stumbled across them in a Tritium hotspot:)

Stuck out near Beagle Point alongside a good Icy ring, its got several LTD hotspots so I may give them a try in the next day or two.

Part way through a LTD hotspot run, so far expended 190 limpets, 62 LTD, 42 Tritium and 15 Grand.

Only core so far was the Grand, about half LTD was laser other was SD/SSD.

Tritium seems a little low but otherwise all seems ok.

Was LTD laser-mining like that before the last update? I didn't do a lot of laser-mining of LTD in the past.
LTD deep core mining looks OK for me as well, did some until started to get disconnected.

About the same, it can vary from ring to ring but this is within the range that it was before, it seems that this ring may have a slightly lower Tritium level than average but LTD seems to be about average.

I quite often mine for Tritium in other Hotspots:)
