Orange Sidewinder after reinstalling, please help.

I'm on PS4 Pro and have been unable to connect since 5/22/2021. I'm consistently receiving the Orange Sidewinder error. I've never had an issue connecting until Odyssey was released. Between the release and 5/22/2021 I'd periodically get disconnected but I'd be able to reconnect after a few minutes or hours...but no luck over the past 4 days.

Today I deleted and reinstalled the game and still get the error. I'm running version "Elite:Dangerous Odyssey Compatibility Update, FID:xxxxxxxxx"

I've already created created a new support ticket: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/35218
I've requested help via Twitter and Reddit and haven't received a single response.
My player ID on PlayStation is 'DiscountShopper'

Hey there. You are best off raising a support ticket for your account rather than a general issue on the tracker.

Try here and fill in your account details. I again managed to play yesterday on two accounts so not sure what's going on with it. 😞

Thanks for replying stormyuk. I've submitted a ticket. I now see the forum to submit a request for actual help is inconvienently hidden in the FAQ articles. I thought I was in the correct place submitting my issue to the issue tracker.

Thanks Stormy, I'm on day 8 now and I still can't play. Still consistantly receive the the Orange Sidewinder error. A couple days ago I did get the Taupe Cobra error once but since then it's steadily been Orange Sidewinder. My ticket ID is #84448 and player ID is b3xwd2x.
