Bonus Pioneer suit

It is very cleverly hidden. I found mine... But desired suit, use terminal, create new loadout, save loadout... then you can go back in and customise the suit.
The Pioneer stuff is all there, but be warned - suit customisations seems really borked atm. I sort of managed to change the Maverick default suit to the Pioneer skin, changed the helmet and some other bits, but I'm not convinced it worked. It kept reverting on the displsu, none of my changes showed on the selection tabs, etc. I'm going to check later, then file a bug report.

In the Suit Customisation options - you can alter a fair few settings - bear in mind the UI is borked, so doesn't always show the changes, but the changes do work.
How do you get the Pioneer skin to work with a torch?
You don't at the moment unless yesterday's patch fixed it. I simply cleared the Pioneer bits from my Mav suit so I could use the torch.

You'll have to check your bindings, it is a separate binding, because, apparently, you'll want to use a different key in Ships, SRVs, and on Foot.
I think it's in the new 'general' tab at the bottom. Not at my PC at the moment, so can't be sure.
They did say in the patch notes that they've disabled the torch until all textures are loaded, maybe that might have something to do with it?

All I can say is, I've the Pioneer skin on my Dominator, Maverick and Artemis suits, and the torch works with all of them.

Not true, you have to apply the chest piece, then it works (the rest is optional). Not sure if it's been fixed since as I've been wearing my Pioneer suits with all pieces attached and the light does work then at least.

Also based on my testing previously this only seems to be an issue with the Maverick and Artemis suits - the Dominator appears to not require this workaround.

so if you use a pioneer suit + a chest no pioneer = you don't have light
