On Foot external camera

Is there any external camera for on foot mode and how to access it and how to disable UI while in suit ?

I was in on foot section of the controls could not find it. Can you please be more specific thnx

I really wish I could interact with panels and the HUD from this mode especially because I'm in VR.

The pre-set angles make it work nicely as a rudimentary third-person camera if you want to just walk around.
