Pretty sure you can go from station to srv on ground stations in Horizons

I already forgot you are always only in your ship.
But...went back into Horizons and I cant deploy my SRV from a ground base. I have to fly away, land on the ground, then I can deploy. So my point was, why cant we directly go to SRV from a ground base? In EDO I first have to go to my ship, then fly away and land. In EDO, it says 'Unavailable - Launch Bay Malfunction (4)' where the deploy button is. In Horizons, the deploy is just greyed out. Why cant we just deploy directly? Why?

I have departed in my SRV from ground stations in Horizons before. check you don't have a bug as I've heard of other people having problems with their SRVs at the moment too.
