Got the last engineer on my list unlocked. I guess it depends on the order you do them in which would be the last one for everyone. Screenshot of his mods.

Now that these guys are done I’m really looking forward to building a few suits and trying different setups. Same with weapons. I have one mod spot left on my G5 Maverick. Might get Night Vision or Enhanced Scanning before I leave this guy so I can scan people from up top through the skylights and a little faster before they turn around.

So you unlocked Yarden Bond????

If you did, where did you get 8 Smear campaign plans from?

Did you need to sell 20 of each of the three things he asked for btw?

"Sell a total of 20 Biological sample, Employee genetic data and Genetic research to bartenders."

So 60 items in total?

Dude, I just want a surpressor on my plasma pistol. I don't have half the mats... and I have 28M Cr worth of Odyssey stuff!

All but Yarden since smear campaigns are not in the game yet, or we havren’t found them yet.

No, just need 20 total. Any combination. Luckily I had exactly 20 by adding them up. Every other mat I had to go farm except this one.

This makes me very happy, thanks. Easy to just get this via missions then. One of the three can be gained via rewards.

That’s great it’s a reward. Didn’t know that. Easy peasy!

I’m just glad I can now massacre the covert mission people. I failed a couple of those trying to get the 6 and 6 done and was ready to just wipe out each settlement lol.

I have seen 2 smear campaign plans so far. They are in the game as of two days ago.

They have to be the exact same locations as opinion polls. Which is to say, any labelled "habitat data port".

Inara lists them as a data type, so it's likely "in the game". But quite what rarity it must be given I've never seen one in thousands of "chances"....

And no one has yet unlocked Yarden....

It's broken.

I have done a ton of habitat data downloads, just like many people in this thread. Never seen one, and I was looking for them. I've probably downloaded 50 opinion polls at this point and not one of them has showed up. I'll try a spot and see if they pop up and post here.

Don't think it's HAB, if you've grinded opinion polls there, should've at least showed up once.

Just by reading the name, I'd assume it has to do with CMD and perhaps anarchy?
But currently I don't feel any difference on government type, just below:
Economy: Alters Assets / Settlement design(Like whether it has STOrage / HABitat / SECurity etc)
Building Type: Alters Data
Locker type: Alters Goods
Locked: Goods
Not locked: Assets

Sorry, I meant housing in general, all types. Leisure is where I'm seeing opinion polls, cat media, classic, financial projections, propaganda, etc.
