How do I retrieve twitch drops?

Hi all!

I have a short (and probably stupid) question:

By watching a couple of Twitch streams, I've "earned" two drops: the purple flight suit and the passenger name plates.
However, they don't show up in the game.

Yes, I've linked my Twitch account with my Elite Dangerous account (I use the Frontier store, not Steam). It displays the confirming tick-mark at Twitch.
Furthermore, I did confirm both drops in Twitch. Both items are listed in the Twitch inventory.
I've visited my Frontier store downloadable content/purchased page in order to check, if something is listed there. (Didn't find anything.)

So, what am I doing wrong?
How do I get access to both drops in Elite Dangerous?

I guess, this is exactly my issue.
As mentioned, I've visited my frontier account, but couldn't find any related entries.

Where do I have to look?
I've assumed they should be under "Partner Keys", but there, it only says "Your account is linked to Steam." and four Steam claims.
No mentioning of Twitch.

Under "Third party accounts" only Steam is mentioned, though.
Shouldn't Twitch be mentioned there, too?

Hey Peter,

thank you very much for the link!
While I have no idea, how I would have reached this page without your help, It DID help!

I've just claimed the flight suit. :)
For unknown reasons, the passenger plates are not listed there. Oh well.

I've linked the page now and shouldn't have any problems in the future!

Thank you and Factabulous for your help! :)

Sort of related - I watched most of the launch stream but a good chunk of it was over before I worked out the full system for claiming the drops - so alot of it didn't "count" towards working through the drops. Whilst the time that the drops is available still seems valid and the frontier page references "Partner channels" the twitch drops page doesn't mention any channels other than the main /elitedangerous. Watching the recording of the launch stream again doesn't seem to count.

Anyone know what any of the "partner streams" are called and if any of them are streaming over the weekend (was working yesterday).

I'm having the exact same issue. The campaigns are open for a week, but there are no other streams that I can ever find that are linked to it.

Drops only appear to happen on Live Streams on twitch, but Frontier don't live stream all that much and when they do, people in the UK are generally at work (as are they). If they'd reveal; who these secret "Partner Steams" were, we could check their schedules page.

Or perhaps Frontier could record their live stream and repeat it as a "Live" stream on a loop for the 7 days, give us all a chance to get the drops.

I Really wanted that Purple paintjob, but I had a Job interview scheduled 1 hour into the Odyssey launch stream, and had to do that obviously. I got the Job, which to be fair, I did want more than the purple paint job.

o7 commanders, I’ve been scratching my head over this partner streamers myself. I’ve only ever picked up drops for Sea of Thieves and that couldn’t be easier. Literally don’t understand what I’m supposed to watch for that sweet purple gear! 😕

I think they should at least provide a few choices for starter paint jobs without using Arx, otherwise everyone has the same paint job until they play a couple of months or cough up for an arx pack.

If you're paying real money, the least they could do is provide a pack of the same paintjob for all ships in the game.

I liked the Need for Speed series, as you progress through the game, you earned paint job patterns, but you could choose up to 4 colours from the palatte for the elements of the pattern and the base car colour. something like that would be easy enough for an MMO, it's simple svg style colour referencing for other players clients to easily render it

ie
Ship = Cobra_3
Skin =&E4
color_1 = #E31056
color_2 = #101010
color_3 = #A2A2B4
DamageMask = &0F
