I have no words...yes...me being slightly hyperbolic and not defining 'we' before people started trying to crap on me about it, then adding a disclaimer was ME crapping on people? Then you crap on me for crapping on people I'm not crapping on. This forum has altogether too much crap. It was a mistake to come back :D

Trying to follow that reticle is seizure inducing.

Did the flight model change? Was it intentional?
If it was not intentional, why?

Disclaimer, to avoid arrogant people thinking that I am trying to speak for them by inserting themselves into every 'we' ever. 'We' in this case, is my squad, most people who frequent my discord (about 200 skilled, active players), everyone I know who plays BGS to any decent level, and a whole bunch of random people I've discussed it with. Every 'we' does not have to cover every population, otherwise every statement of 'we' ever made would by necessity include the whole human race.

It looks like some kind of math got messed up regarding plotting the reticule relative to the vector of the ships. It seems not to be random, and it seems to be responding to inputs, just wildly wrong. It;s also intermittent.

Whining troll crew? Do you mean customers who got annoyed that they bought a game that straight up didn't work for the first couple of days, performs abysmally in many areas, played fast and loose with it's description of features (lol diplomacy) and is riddled with bugs? Ya they must just be trolls, not people expect a product to work upon purchasing. Utterly peak forum moment.

Why are they messing with ship vectors at all?

Odyssey has gun reticules, but surely coders would have taken pains to differentiate between gun reticules and ship reticules?

The core designers who left Mr. Braben must be laughing their heads off.

And crying for us at the same time.
