Odyssey does not belong to you if you buy it on steam ect

I have spoken with the frontier support and well, they have told me that for buying the DLC on steam if steam crashes, I can't play Odyssey, neither in the frontier launcher nor in another house, let's buy the DLC on steam to control the hours of play and I find that surprise, that either you buy it in frontier or you forget to play it if it goes to hell with steam, it has told me that if we want to change it we should complain

Do you use Spotify?
What does Spotify have to do with a video game which forces its launcher on you and now they don't link the game if you buy it outside of frontier?, but they force you to create an account, use its launcher ect, but if you lose steam, bye game, it doesn't have your question makes sense

I've been using Steam for the majority of my games for many years and don't recall it ever crashing on me. I think you're in safe hands with Steam.

The problem is that it crashes or you prefer not to use steam at some point, because in steam you can only play one game at a time, but if you start the launcher you can have another open that consumes less, no longer, because yes, I can play horizon and elite with the launcher, but the people who buy it now or if you buy the DLC, you can't play with steam or the other way around, they just told me in technical support, if you have it on steam it's steam, if it's epic it's epic, if it is a direct launcher, it is a direct launcher, nobody has notified me of that change, which has to be legally notified

This change was announced back in april 2019, also frontier store licences can be used anywhere on PC. See https://customersupport.frontier.co...ions-by-platform-Epic-Steam-Frontier-Console-

It seems to me that you didn't read the fine print, before accepting the terms. On page 203 there is a sentence mentioning that if you've read that far you can contact David Braben himself (his phone number is on page 1598) and then you'll get a free Tesla. On page 664 it says that you accept handing over your first born child to scientific experiments, and on page 723 they mention something about stupidly selling your soul, that they will pass on to some dude with horns.

I'm using frontier store odyssey on steam. E: D and Horizons are steam key as I go them before april 2019.

Edit: smiley detection
The notice had to be done by sending an email to all the accounts that had a frontier product, which they haven't done, now what do I do? because paying again to have it in frontier is like ....., no joke
