Because you can accidentally discover that your planned post is a repetition of multiple similar posts already posted.
Or that subject has changed in the meantime.
And it would save others from reading your content, what would surely make their life incomplete, forever.
Sometimes you have just one chance to change someone else's life (maybe even for better, but these are exceptional cases),
and this is the very purpose of rule #1 - don't introduce any additional steps before posting, don't restrain yourself !!!111

I assumed he was just daring us to do spice up the content...
It's not easy to keep things in check,
when one mod is "tuned in" and writes things properly, not to be literally understood,
and the other one is in desynch and his content is to be treated directly as written.
System is not playing fair, as always :/
