Sure, but there is a good chance to see it getting buried if you can't even vote for it anymore. I wonder how the vote-limit was determined.
All in all, the popularity-driven bug-tracker is the wrong tool in this state of the product. They should change it immediately. As it is now, it is a waste of time, for the customers and for the devs alike.
