Polish national dance is called: "Polonez" - from "Polonaise" in French.

Polish pride of automobile industry in East Block times was called... Yes, Polonez.
(I still can't forgive Clarkson for his travesty of car review of this car in Top Gear)

Polish national drink... no comment :)

Now you know everything you need to know about my people.
You can just keep randomly saying "Polonez"/"Polonaise" to Poles, and this will always end well :
  • girls will think you like to dance,
  • guys will tell you how Polonez was a great car,
and both will gladly drink with you after you have proven to know and feel the essence of "polishness"
The extent of my polish is errr, Tyskie, kurwa, Zubrowka.

That's good enough for some kinds of house parties, mind.
