After the update and now all my (recently acquired) missions are gone. I wonder if it's worth getting another set?

yes, but also the strange coloring of the GUI in general. Turquoise shield bars f.ex.
Just logged back in and all this mornings missions (included one completed) are gone.
Also I get black screen sometimes when I enter in my ship or SRV. Also flashlight on Maverick suit not working all the time

Great work.yep I agree , it looks nasty and is giving me eye strain and headaches , Horizons just looks better brighter and just more blingy
But I sense no one that can make a difference cares , I put in a support case , no response. No acknowledgment here either from Sally .
( yep I know its a busy morning but this mornings busyness could have been avoided with 5 mins testing )

Point of feedback for the Devs when things quieten down
When we log off now the settlement we are in will have nothing in it to loot/download when we log back in again. This change was presumably made to stop reloggers exploiting the game to get materials quickly and easily but a consequence of this is that exiting the game, either due to server resets or crashes, means that Commanders are effectively penalised for a reset/crash which is not their fault.
Is there is a better way to stop those exploiting the game without punishing those just playing it?
