The best coffee I have ever had was in a little French cafe in the Midi... I could have became addicted had I spent a couple more days there... (it was a work break - so only a 4 day stopover)

Hand-ground medium roast speciality coffee prepared in a V60 is my preference, I'm too lazy to tinker with an expresso machine. Great until you're hungover and can't work out which bit of kit on your counter gets the coffee out of the beans.
