i like worcester sauce on slices of hot-smoked ham - great on a sandwich.I used to live in Worcester and a friend had a house about half a mile away from the Worcester sauce factory - from memory I think it was Wednesdays were obviously anchovy boiling day, and the whole area used to smell of boiling anchovies....
Few drops give a stew a nice middle though....

My treat to myself when I needed to be in work early was (if and only if I was early enough) to get a toasted bacon and brie sandwich and a mug of breakfast tea from the local sandwich shop - one of the many family (often Italian) run ones that there used to be in the City of London. And oh my. Oh my my my!!! So very goood... I'm salivating even now...
