It is traditional to use this kind of meme to describes developers when the game doesn't reach the player expectation.
While I do not support comparing devs to a monkey, I wanted to drop this as a traditional meme, for education sake.
The big unanswered question re: update 5 is whether any further performance updates will be delivered before the console release. We are still awaiting a reply for this one
So far, all the things they haven't been answered, and were talked a lot, have been for things they can't tell us something we'd like to hear.

Hello mate! This thread is more like a Hotel Asylum, if you read between the lines.
In a nutshell, we are largely disillusioned with the game, but have faith that Lord Brebus will enact the Holy Roadmap with the power of the Combover of Truth; having both RNGesus and Grindalf at his sides, and show us all the way to find the light of the Updates upon Updates, to the game that they broke so expertly, then fixed so poorly - so that when we all embrace the Holy Truth of Odyssey, we should find peace in knowing it was crap to begin with, yet could have given us such joy.
This is the Word of Lord Brebus, spoken only on twitter, and via delayed streams of questionable quality, and lack of content; and hath only so far let us glimpse the sheer majesty and beauty of the untiled textures, so that one day we may actually see something resembling the Fabled Scriptures of the Holy Alpha Footage.
So this is mainly the point of the thread - the OP hasn't been seen for a very long time, yet we all pray that he still has his Holy Email Notifications turned on. We also rejoice in the hope that he may have been committed to an asylum too by now, but only so he may see the light and also become an acolyte of Lord Brebus and worship his Holy Combover.
I think that just about covers it.

coincidentally, both of our pictures involve outsourcing ...since it's probably against some law in the UK to have monkeys working in an office without proper attire, like a top hat.

You seem to have both forgotten that the monkeys and humans must all have monocles over their left eye.
It is important to the Monkey Resources department to get these things right.
At +6.8 diopters, it wouldn't be a monocle for me, more the bottom of a coca-cola bottle...

The right eye is almost normal... In the "good old days" before lightweight lenses glasses always slipped gracelessly to a silly angle when moving my head!
if you can't accidentally (or intentionally) start fires with your monocle while standing in the sun then what's it good for?
