State of the Game

Yeh, I'm trying to be optimistic since the first announcements in the Roadmap - they haven't said that they wouldn't be doing anything after the 5 patches in the Roadmap, but they also haven't said they would.

The wording used implied that after Patch 5 they would be focusing on performance and console, which I interpreted to mean that after Update 5 there would still be performance fixes pushed for PC. But they have never actually confirmed this.
in my mind it means they have to hurry up getting the console version into a state which is likely to pass the approval process - if they fail with it, they can forget about a console launch this year. It can't be a mess on console, the game might just be put from the list of available games on console - so this is their focus now - eventually it will as well benefit the PC version at some point in time - but that is on the backburner for now - all effort goes into getting the console launch done. My opinion not a fact though.

They are quite far away from a console cert as of now. Even if they fix the performance (no big deal^^), they are still a bit too high with the minimum requirement.

If everyone's dead it's non violent. You may have to distract them with a grenade first for the stealth kill.
Yeah,
sometimes you have to put some effort if you want to go the pacifist way.
Nerve gas that puts everyone in coma before their nervous system shuts down forever is a non-violent example of approach to solving problems.
Sadly it's missing in game yet.

Ah, there it is:

But you'll see that these VR fundamentalists will still find a reason to complain!

Morning all... after a fitful night of inebriated slumbering, I was dreaming about the state of the game and likely 'improvements and fixes', possibly touched by the void and hearing the omnipotent voice of the Lord Brebus himself...

I thought I'd ask you wise people a generically triggering question about ship interiorz, FPS and repetitive tiling, tinged in equal measure with angst, bewilderment and disillusionment whilst maintaining a sense of hope that the Holy Roadmap will eventually deliver us to the Promised Galaxy

What are your thoughts, oh Wise Acolytes of the Church of the Void?

You're confusing Covert and Non-Violent.

Covert is fun, in a leave-no-witnesses kind of way. As long as you beeline the alarms control first, obviously. Then it's party-time!

Non-violent is just shit, in a no-fun-allowed kind of way.

Asking US a question was your first mistake!

Yes, and I can see that interpretation. Which is why they've been asked so often to clarify. The lack of reply is... Concerning
