i wish. would make wearing armour at gatherings unnecessary.
but i would think getting older has the opposite effect as to premature firing.

I don't know about the text, but the hand gesture in the mediterranean means "What ? What the hell I'm supposed to do now ?". The "what" should be translated according to the region.
Nah, its because ED has a 'don't touch me you rotter' attitude that spooked FD into making ED the pudgy mess it is. If the Thargoids and anarchy were like the old game, they'd mess their trousers. Its why nothing can have true consequences, because, well, people are too soft and weak. Piracy as an example, "why should I get pirated?" when...er the old game was a vindictive nest of pain.
Yeh, I heard it was all the Elderly players of Elite that was DOOMing the game.
It's obviously the DOOM player themselves, because the game is fine.
Over the years, any change that made players have to use their brains or improve was treated like some disease and shouted down. ED has no edge, everything is optional and no one has to overcome anything other than tedious grinding.
Bar being 37 years younger when the original elite came out, so possibly slightly more nimble...
'84 Elite was barbaric, pirates were rife, thargoids not at all minding their own business tucked safely away in their own 'happy place' - it was fight & kill, or be killed, and great fun.
