That is no excuse.Sadly, we already follow each other. It's how sad we've become(I'm Livyathan_AD on there btw).
god. every time i see a ship landing, with those tiny pathetically small directional thrusters ... i just can't help but wonder how that made it thru some graphics manager / art director and got a stamp of approval.
IT LOOKS STUPID
I bet they have carbs. That's why I've been staying away, but the cravings keep coming.
That is harsh...I'm saving a 120 page Open Powerplay thread- just for you with Powerplay Cat memes for that little stunt young man. I'll even throw in Open BGS, Gnosis, VR, Panther Clipper, the lot into one giant fireball of forum trigger words and all the other mods will be like "TJs fault he can sort it" while they run to the pub.
And then it will be me and Robert exchanging tedious multi quote posts that you'll have to read, over and over for all eternity.
I just had a Lion bar.I bet they have carbs. That's why I've been staying away, but the cravings keep coming.
Do you have to come back?
Because if a full size Guardian ship were created, it'd have those Guardian blue bits.also, isn't it kind of weird that we were able to create guardian SLF's years ago shortly after discovering guardian tech and such. but nobody has bothered to create a full size guardian-human ship?
Because if a full size Guardian ship were created, it'd have those Guardian blue bits.
And half the community would complain "waaaah, we don't want blue bits on our ship". So the devs would go back to their cave, hit it with a hammer and allow people to change the colour. At which point the other half of the community would complain "waaaah, Guardian stuff needs to have blue bits, this isn't the correct lore." At which point the devs would take it back to the cave, begin hitting it with a hammer again, when an exhausted Sally would trundle in on her bicycle and say "To quote the community 'waaaah, why are you spending your time on full size Guardian ships when there are bugs that need fixing???'"
At which point the devs would throw their hammers into the air and sob quietly, while content creators would toddle off and soak the internets with videos pointing out that Fdev doesn't listen to the community, nothing gets done, why aren't bugs being fixed and where are our Guardian ships?
Ahh, but who's to say that what we get isn't what we asked for, as opposed to what I asked for? That's been one of the things I've noticed a lot in our wee community, that a specific request means different things to different people. For many, space legs meant walking around in their ship. For others it meant exploration. For others still, they said "why do I want to walk around my ship, its a space sim!"Rather than fdev secretly / quietly working on something we dont really want (or definitely dont want implemented the way it will be) superseding the things we do want - which never get worked on or when they do, dont get worked on the way we want.
