Realism is not limiting gameplay, its actually expanding it to more hardcore gameplay. No room for noobs, and thats great.the quieter footsteps thread didn't even attempt to defend that entire aspect of the game.
it's funny what players will cling onto "for realism" that limits gameplay but are more than willing to accept all manners of nonsense magic handwavium for things that are super obvious but amount to trivial aspects of what gameplay we are given.

Accessing The Void defies definition by measure. Assigning numbers to the infinite access of the abyss is futile and pointless. Those who have not hardened themselves to such things go mad. Once they saw The Void, it was over.
