I just sat down for a session of unlocking engineers after a few weeks of grinding materials. First stop was Domino Green, I gave her the Push and then expected to be able to visit Kit Fowler. I don't see an engineers icon on Capoya at all and there's no sign of The Last Call for me on Capoya 2. What's going on? I went back to Domino Green and the dialog options to give her the Push are gone. One odd thing happened when I tried to leave Domino Green's base, the game got stuck trying to enter super cruise, I couldn't get to the menu and eventually had to kill the process.

HOW!? How did you give Domino the push? The UI wont let me. I have 15 available, but the interface is grey'd out.
EDIT: ...fraking Console controls. The UI doesn't respond to mouse clicks. I have to use my UI bindings on my joystick to "give" into the UI.
