I would like to add my appreciation of this great piece of work... so many great moments in such a short film... love the audio aswell.... especially the docking bay part... has great atmosphere... As "Rancid" stated... a viewing a day keeps my Elite pangs at bay....

Extremely well put together. I thought it put the final dev diary vid to shame.

The whole vid was great, but I thought the part in the space station really helped give it an organic feeling of being real.

Can't install The Return of the Cobra.exe screensaver on windows 8, it's says i got an old version of flash. The update from adobe says i got the latest for windows already...

Greetings Commanders,

This is my first post in this forum. I have been working on a little project over the last couple of weeks. The original idea was to help raise awareness of the kickstarter, because like everyone else here, I wanted to see and play a new Elite game.

However, these things always take a little longer than hoped, so it has become a video celebrating the return of Elite, rather than a video hoping for it.

I sincerely hope you all enjoy it. If the response is good, and if David Braben gives his blessing (through letting me know or through not saying anything at all!) then I'd like to make a few more of them over the coming year. Maybe a few short stories set in the Elite Universe. This has been a real pleasure to make, and I'd love to do more (all as a fan project, all rights obviously remain with David and Frontier).

So without further ado... I present "The Return of the Cobra" for your viewing pleasure...
