pfft elite dangerous is a single player game. the whole multiplayer thing is a gimmick

i play in open all the time. when you're not in the few places with either an engineer or a CG going on, it's no different than solo. And out in the black, there's not a whole lot of things to do with anyone else and not a lot of need to play the instancing mini-game either.

it's a religion rather than a theory because it can never be proven false and makes no predictions that can prove it true.

as such, it's kind of a waste of time to base your life around unless you're a sociopath that wants to justify the horribly things they're doing by suggesting that nothing is real but them and only what their mind makes real.

It is a philosophy, never mind, you only exist as a figment of my own imagination to torment me for the ills I have inflicted on the pixels that infest my monitor.

Reality may be just better optimized, and is not "calculating" some details if they are not received (observed/measured) by anyone/thing.

ED had and still has problem with this (culling is not working properly)

Philosophy shmilosophy. Some philosophies are good, even interesting. This one is stupid because if they truly believed that philosophy, then they wouldn't have bothered to communicate it.
