It's not as simple as that:
I don't believe in magic numbers or magic, so why does the solution -1/12 work in quantum mechanics. Isn't it just math being too strict? Is math about rules or proof? Isn't it just like saying that you can't takes the square root of -1 or even 2 back when you only knew fractions?
