State of the Game

In bed. Nice.
At 9:04AM I had a "Fix my darn computer, Nerd!" Mail in my inbox and I am still thinking how I should react to it. The sender doesn't even begin to fall within my area of responsibility, and I still have no clue who the heck he is. I forwarded the email to my work colleague and he's been lying under the table for an hour now, laughing, i think i missed a good joke.

perhaps diplomatically?

Do you know the neighborhood? The ZIP code? (Although you'll need launch codes to respond properly in that case).
I solved the problem, I replied to the mail and I told him to throw the computer out the window. The sender is the new guy here and it seems that he forgets his login every morning, so he is sending the messages from his phone, my coworker had to deal with him on friday and yesterday. It is becoming more and more difficult to get good employees and by that I mean the new employee, not my colleague who forgot to warn me in advance (and who is treated very diplomatically by me for this soon)
