Okay, I like the idea, but there are a million better choices for the exhibit animal. The panther chameleon is the obvious one, but the two that stand out the most as being iconically Madagascan are the Madgascar hissing cockroach and the Madagascar day gecko.

Hissing cockroach and panther chameleon will be part of other DLC concepts, while the madagascar day gecko is in another pack I suggested

I love the idea of a Madagascar Pack, because it’s such a unique part of the world. However, I can see this being a scenery pack with 4 habitat animals, and 1 exhibit animal. It just makes more sense to me, since we haven’t really seen Madagascan architecture in the game. I could see Black & White Ruffed Lemur, Sikafa, Indri, Fossa, and an exhibit animal like a chameleon species, hissing cockroach, or something funky to go along with Madagascar. I think a great opportunity would be having the big update feature advanced climbing mechanics to then be followed up by a pack with climbing animals (all the animals in my hypothetical pack would climb). This would be similar to the Aquatic Pack. They could announce advanced climbing for the Orangutan let’s say and then reveal this pack. Now, realistically, will this whole scenario every happen? Probably not. But it would be really cool if it did. One can dream.

I honestly really, really, really dont want the black and white ruffed lemur for a pack, especally not 4+1. In something like a low effort animal pack sure, but i dont want a simple pallet swap when we could have some really cool species like the greater dwarf lemure, aye aye, falanouc, giant malagasy rat or even the giant coua as a bird.
There are so much cooler animals from madagascar and i dont even want another true lemure, but would tolerate them, aslong as they are not that colour swapped monstrosity of little sons first modding attempt.
Sry if that sounds so negative, but after really diving deep into the fauna of madagascar that pick just dissapoints me kinda

But that makes it realistic for a Frontier pack lol

Black-and-white ruffed lemurs are held in 190 zoos in Europe alone, so they are realistic enough.

I would really really like this pack!!!

I also like the idea of an islands pack like yoav_r mentioned.

Japan, New Zealand, Indonesia and Madagascar all have some interesting animals that are missing from PZ

Its not that their are not realistic, most true lemures are quite common in zoos, they are just a low effort recolour. As a bonus sure, but not taking away a spot in an allready small pack. There are 4 big group of madagasy animals, 3 kinds of lemures and the madagasy carnivores. Right now we only have representation of one, the true lemures with the ringtailed and red ruffed lemures. If we get a pack i would like to see the fossa, falanouc, a sifaka and a dwarf or mouse lemure like the greater dwarf lemure or the aye aye

That's fair. I think the eastern blue-tongued skink is the only exhibit animal thus far I've thought was a good choice (and even then it's dicey - they are iconically Australian, but the frilled lizard or huntsman spider are far more so).
