The internet produces 99,99% of the worlds random crap, saying that this thread holds the time-space continuum together is like saying that one tree produces as much oxygen as the rainforests and the oceans together.

For one thing, none of it takes itself seriously in any measurable way which, in itself, makes it the polar opposite of the rest of the Internet.

I'm wondering if we've reached Peak Doom™?

It seems the amount of repetitive DOOOOM™ threads have slowed down a bit, which makes me sad. Having something to laugh at is important to the human psyche.

Is it the Doom™ of Doom™?

A DoomPocalypse™?

More importantly, is there some way I can blame this on TJ, or should I just go ahead and do so anyways? On general principle, I mean.

Interesting that the quality of Doom™ posts has also degenerated to the point of facile idiocy as well... figure it's either a) the game is now getting more playable and some people are getting on with it, b) the disenfranchised have left the game and moved on, c) even the most rabid of the cmdrs out there have realised there are only so many posts you can have about shipz interiorzzz before even they recognise that they have passed the event horizon of tedium and recursive entitlement

Or it could be d)....

All I'm asking for is a bit of creativity when it comes to what's Doom™ing the game now. I mean, even I get tired of having to use the same old jokes about them over and over again. I know. Hard to believe, even for me, but I like a challenge occasionally. :)

You can always "Creatively" write a few Glass Door articles, then mention that you can't link to them because of reasons - that should go down really well for the "Doomers"

I was considering creating a drinking game where you had to down a shot for every time Glass Door was mentioned as an authoritative source for anything, but then I realized that not even my liver would survive a single afternoon of that, and that thing is legendary. Took centuries of breeding for it to reach the tolerance it has now.
