I am pretty sure this also falls into that category, but there was also the notorious book by Tony Dillon called Secrets Of Frontier Elite ( ISBN 1-873308-39-6 )
I have the book if more information is needed about the content.

Hard copy I'm afraid.
It's rather stiff, so not sure if scanning it is an option. I'll have a look at that tonight.

Scanning the book will very likely cause damage to the spine. (It's pretty much in pristine condition, having sat in my Elite 2 Frontier box for the last 12 years or so.).
Next possibility is to photograph it. (Quality will be lower, but if I can get a good set up with my camera it should be ok).
Of note, I don't think "Secrets Of Frontier Elite" counts as cannon. It's basically a players guide, and as far as I can see there is no endorsement by Frontier in the book.

Be careful! There are sites out there that list these articles but also contain some additional elements of Fan Fiction.
As newspapers is meant as newspapers that are included in the game.
I know - we found whilst researching the newspapers that there's a site that lists all of the newspaper articles for easy reference but has thrown a lot of fan fiction in there too.

I have been thinking. Are drabbles included in the Elite: Dangerous Newsletter (The first one The Long Game, by Michael Brookes in Newsletter #3) consider being a canon? I think so.
