State of the Game

I expect what is sold...not revised to match what is actually delivered and then pretend like everyone else is being unrealistic. I hope for what is possible given the potential of what exists in the game.
Once again, you prove the point I was making!
You take no notice of what is, only what 'should be' in your perception of the game.
If you expected what was sold (not what was talked about as possible) you wouldn't be bleating every few minutes about how poor Frontier are, or how the game isn't the game you thought you were buying, just making the most of what the game actually is.

Did you expect ship interiors in Odyssey at launch too? (which it has been launched, no matter the opinions of the few)

Back in my pharmacy days, we had nutritional feeds like egg nog, asparagus etc. I shuddered to think what they were like.

You can still get those horrid savoury varieties in hospital....!

There was a junior doc who used to come to the dept each morning as he gladly drank the (out of date!) fortisips we had amassed as all hosp pharms do - we would always oblige.

But one April 1st, we planned a prank on him - carefully drew out all of the sweet juice from an apple fortijuice, replacing it with mushroom flavour savoury bile.

We didn't see him for the rest of that week, and he never said a word about it, so to this day we still presume he thought it had gone off!

I should also add that this went down with the blessing of our chief, after he stumbled across us with big 50ml syringes stuck in a fortijuice carton! Happy days!

Towards the end of my job there I had the task of reorganising and mapping the pharmacy, and while cleaning the database I'd come across some really funny flavours- "Sunday Roast" made me laugh :D

Fortisips were the saviour back in junior doc days - weekends on call with minimal time to eat, couple of fortisips used to keep you ticking over.... but they were bloody awful! I'm sure we'd get more nutrition into people with full fat milk and crusha milk shake syrup and a dollop of ice cream!

The more syrupy ones were nice too :D

When I was hospitalized in France we were allowed to have sugary Coke as a drink, and when you are sat in a room for a month it was my sole treat as my marbles slowly rolled down the hill :D🙃🙂🤪

Did you ever see the seasonal ones? Tell no lie, I can't remember which company made them, but we used to get a couple of the 27 pack pallet things in for Christmas where our older people couldn't leave - they used to do a savoury dinner one, and an Xmas pudding sweet one! Still never had the balls to try one though!

That's exactly what this fella was doing. Most of the juniors "borrowed" theirs from the wards when on long shifts, but this guy we pranked was a strange one, as he just wanted the out of date ones - waste management!
