Very excited for this. Will the Carnotaurus and Allosaurus be film accurate in this game?
Fun fact: Geosternbergia (then known as Pteranodon sternbergi) was originally intended to appear in TLW. But was replaced with P. longiceps.
I realized that too, It is possible to purchase the PS4 and PS5 version at the same time in the digital version, thanks for the reply!
Geosternbergia is generally still known as a Pteranodon species; most pterosaur workers don't find the differences between it and longiceps enough to warrant separate genera, and they are most likely an anagenetic lineage (sternbergi evolving directly into longiceps).
Same deal as Triceratops horridus evolving directly into Triceratops prorsus, or Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis evolving directly into Pachycephalosaurus/Stygimoloch spinifer.

That's so cool! I didn't know there were Danish dinosaurs.
Once it's shown it's not likely to change, they seem to be committed to the JWE1 models for those two, which is a bit surprising.
And while the said pterosaur species (which is actually still not clear whether or not the two are one of the same genus or not) didn’t appear for the final film, it still made it into a couple of Lost World games with the same exact concept design: Enemies in the arcade game, and background cosmetics in the console game.
Apatosaurus is pretty much a guarantee for the game, because it’s a dinosaur that has appeared in the Jurassic World films, and I 100% doubt that is one dino that would be left out for the base game, based on how it’s being made, because why would it?

I meant to say that such a overused boring, SHOE-IN Dinosaur like Apatosaurus isn't shown yet, so everything can still happen, I know Apatosaurus will be in the game, but they showed nothing yet, so Therizinosaurus still has a chance, but they probably will ask extra money for it or just ignore it again because of the stupid feathers.
I heard that the Era Mixing in JWE2 Sandbox is only on P.C, XBOX Series X\S and PS5 and Not on Current Gen Consoles like XBOX One and Ps4. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy that the game is coming out and I can't wait to get my hands on it and I'm still going to be playing it on my current gen Xbox one X. I just wanted to know if it was true.

I am so glad to see the alt skins for vehicles. I hope there are more options added in the future, but Lost World's InJen Expedition olive, DPG, and what I pressume is the default U.S. Dept. Wildlife & Fisheries look amazing. @Jens Erik With Chaos Mode, can I safely assume there are JP/JW vehicle skins as well?

Era mixing?
Well in sandbox I'm kind of asking if the only platforms that are not going to have mixing Jurassic Park and Jurassic world buildings and decorations together in one park are true or not because I heard that the Xbox One and the PS4 are not going to have this unique function that it's predecessor never had.
Because that would mean I would have to buy an Xbox series s since Xbox series x is not available right now. Because that would mean I would have to buy a new Xbox of the latest gen consoles in order to experience this function in the game.

I’ve heard this also and would like to know why that would be the case. I play on PS4. I already pre-ordered and I’m overly excited but I really do look forward to being able to mix ears.
My guess is it would definitely be related to the system itself. It simply doesn’t have the power of a pc or next gen console. Can’t be sure of course but it’s the only thing that makes sense. Planet Coaster for example is available for new gen consoles but compared to the pc version had some restraints I heard due to the fact pc is still the strongest platform therefore has the least constraints.
