Newcomer / Intro Various Odyssey Questions

Been playing since odyssey launched and had some questions that I was hoping that some of you fine folks would know the answers to.
And maybe some of these might help other Commanders out there as well.

So...:

1. If I'm on foot at a Space Station, and my ships are in a different one, can I get one of my ships transferred to that Space Station ? (If so, how ?)

2. Some data you can collect isn't used at all in the game (for upgrades/blueprints/unlocking/referrals) is there a way of finding out which - so you can sell it ?

3. I sold 25 Multimedia and Entertainment (and cat media) to a bartender, but then realised I hadn't unlocked Hero Ferrari . Have I done something I should regret ?

4. After wounding NPCs (actual damage), if you leave them alone for a while, do they heal ?

5. Will stowed reloading reload a half-empty magazine - or does the magazine need to be completely empty ?

6. Is there a way of telling if a settlement is offline from the system map (or Apex booking map) ?

Yes, Inter Astra. Might have to skip the Tutorial if you haven't done it

Yes. But that stuff is easy to find more of. Don't do it with the other things.

No

Yes (ok, that's a guess - but seriously - why would you even think that?)

No.

To add to what Factabulous said, you can tell the owning faction, look up their BGS state, and make guesses as to whether it's likely to be online or offline from that.

Alternatively, see if anyone is offering missions to that base, you should be able to tell if it's online or not from the mission types offered.

Basically I have an Aphelion with stowed reloading (I don't actually like it so I don't use it). The one time I did use it, it sometimes didn't seem to reload when stowed. After trying it again just now, I'm thinking that was because it takes time for it to reload; it's not instantaneous. Which in my eyes makes that a less useful mod.

As said above Inter Astra will transfer your ship too you, or sell you another one, as long as there is a shipyard on the station you are on, not always the case with outposts, and I believe as long as the cargo bay was empty when you parked it.

It transfers them with cargo, actually. I was surprised a bit, but pleased.

Yes, takes 5s. Only good for weapons you aren't going to swap to frequently.
