The office manager would deserve a payrise. A modern sewage treatment plant biodigests the detritus effectively and returns clean (no pathogens) water into the drainage systems. ETA: and in the UK would save the company a considerable sum in water rates as no sewage treatment would be paid for - which costs far more than the supply of potable water sold to them - which interestingly is assumed to be 100% return...
