Newcomer / Intro On Foot - some questions

Q1 As you acquire items from containers etc and gradually fill up, does this slow you down?
Q2 At night enemies are easy to spot as they persist in using their headlights. Do they ever appear with Night Vision...?
Q3 Never any loot on enemy corpses - should this change? What do you think?

1. You do not move slower.. Or did you mean the collecting itself? A backpack is really nice if you raid sites
