New 25 essential habitat animals META-WISHLIST

I have six of my previous top 30 included in the new pack, and also four of my top 20 in this thread (with the sea lions and cougars very high in my honorable mentions), so I really couldn't be happier.I got 4 animals of my 20 covered by the NA pack. I had a red fox, but the Arctic will do, so I'm very happy for getting 5 of my most wanted animals finally added
I got one that i didnt really care about afterall and not my trashpanda, but i think im the outlier here, not the rule. When im looking back at my list its alright, i had okay taste, but there are just so many animals i would rate higher now then those

Nice to see 5 of the top 10 knocked out in one go, even if I wasn't a big moose advocate. The fact that so many big wishlist animals got fulfilled makes me feel we should start a new meta-wishlist thread but it's up to @random goat

Can we upload new lists after the release or no?
I’ve been more than a little critical of Frontier of late but giving credit where it’s due, they absolutely nailed this. 5/7 the most requested in the region, then some less requested but fill niches. This pack should sell very well for them. Nice to see that level of dedication to their players and a gold star to random_goat for the work that made this possible.
Very happy to see leopards jump to 2nd, emu hit top 10, and Hamadryas baboon and the combined tree kangaroo total just outside.
Sorry but that would pretty much be like starting a new meta-wishlist.
I reiterate that I understand your willingness to create new lists now that we have a new scenario ahead of us (I'm also willing to do so). But I honestly don't think it's really worth it with so few time since I started this list. The most popular animals now would be the most popular in the new meta-wishlist anyway.
We'd need several weeks again to get something as "statistically significant" as this list. We won't get 100 new wishlists out of the blue (which is a minimum for it to be somewhat significant and orientative of the whole community). And if we do get 100 new ones all of the sudden, it'd take me several weeks to update the whole thing anyway

Kind of sad that the tree kangaroo vote is split. I'd be happy with either.
It is Random goat's choice to not mix different species, and his logic is sound. If you start combining djfferent species, when do you stop? Do you combine the lynxes, baboons, crowned cranes?
The list right now combines subspecies (like the leopard) and stops at that.
